Financial Paperwork
- Check/Reimbursement Form
Request a check (at least three weeks in advance) or get reimbursed for club expenses.
- New Club Purchase Form
Before making club purchases, clubs will need to complete the Club Purchase Form for ALL purchases (online purchases as well as PCard purchases). Lily Sanchez will approve your purchase once she receives your submission, and Warren Bair will then purchase your items. This form must be completed TWO WEEKS in advance.
